Our Grade A1 National Monitoring Centre monitors customers across Australia and New Zealand. Housed in a self contained underground bunker, the monitoring centre's building services and construction include: dual UPS systems; redundant air conditioning and ventilation systems; automatic fire and portable fire services; alarm monitoring by an associated Grade A1 monitoring centre; internal video surveillance of the monitoring centre and its perimeter; entry via isolation chamber; primary and stand-by power sources; emergency generator and fuel supply; and redundant communications pathways for voice and data.

Our Monitoring Centre's IT systems sit on a virtual platform to provide rapid, active distribution of services across our network, and to ensure that hardware failures have zero impact on operations. Virtualised storage provides multiple layers of protection against disk failures and ensures the availability of all monitoring data.
