- JD Security will give the customer at least 14 days written notice if there are changes to the terms of the drawing arrangement.
- It is the customer's responsibility to
  - Ensure their nominated account can accept direct debits.
  - Ensure there are sufficient funds available in the nominated account to meet each drawing on the due date.
  - Advise JD Security if the nominated account is transferred or closed, or the account details are changed.
  - Arrange a suitable payment method if JD security cancels the drawing arrangements.
- JD security reserves the right to cancel drawing arrangements if t two consecutive drawings are dishonoured by the Customer's Financial Institution. JD Security will advise the customers of the dishonoured drawings and cancellation of their direct debit request arrangement should this become necessary.
- JD security will keep the information relating to the customer's nominated financial institution account confidential, expect where required for purposes of conducting direct debits with the customer's financial institution.
