The AXIS M11 Box Camera Series is a practical, flexible range built around four models: AXIS M1135 Mk II (2 MP) and AXIS M1137 Mk II (5 MP) for indoor coverage, plus the outdoor-ready AXIS M1135-E Mk II (2 MP) and AXIS M1137-E Mk II (5 MP) with tougher housings designed for exposed environments. Designed as a visible deterrent and easy to deploy, the series supports PoE with redundant DC power for resilience, and uses a CS-mount (with support for motorized i-CS lenses) so you can choose the right lens and even enable remote zoom and focus where needed. Image performance is a standout, with Lightfinder and Forensic WDR (up to 120 dB, scene dependent) to preserve detail in challenging lighting, plus efficient streaming using Axis Zipstream and H.264/H.265 to help reduce bandwidth and storage costs. For smarter monitoring, AXIS Object Analytics comes preinstalled to detect and classify people and vehicles, alongside tools like Scene Metadata, Video Motion Detection, and Live Privacy Shield, while Axis Edge Vault cybersecurity protections (including Axis device ID, signed OS, secure boot, signed video, and secure keystore) help harden the cameras and protect video integrity. Audio is also flexible: indoor models include a built-in microphone, while -E outdoor models provide audio input, making it easy to add sound where it improves situational awareness.
