It combines a 6.5–162.5 mm lens with 30× enhanced optical zoom (plus 12× digital zoom) and 360° continuous pan with a 95° tilt range, giving operators rapid wide-to-tele control—backed by 300 presets, 100 tours, and high-speed pan/tilt performance (faster speeds available with higher-power PoE). For evidentiary clarity in challenging scenes, it delivers up to 122 dB true WDR (dual exposure at 30 fps) and low-light sensitivity down to 0.1 lux (colour) / 0.06 lux (mono), with features like electronic image stabilisation and digital defog to keep footage usable. Built-in AI analytics classify people and vehicles (including vehicle sub-types such as car, truck, bus, motorcycle and bicycle) and support practical alarm rules like objects in area, loitering, beam crossing, direction violations, tamper detection and motion detection; auto-tracking is supported when configured in Avigilon Control Center (ACC) 7.14.14+. Video delivery is efficient and flexible with multi-stream H.265/H.264 (HDSM SmartCodec) and Motion JPEG, and resilience is boosted with dual microSD slots for edge recording. For enterprise deployments, it supports ONVIF Profiles S/T/G/M and a strong security posture including Secure Boot, signed/encrypted firmware, 802.1X, an onboard FIPS 140-2 Level 3 certified TPM, and optional FIPS 140-2 cryptographic module licensing—while pendant models add IK10 / IP66-IP67 / NEMA Type 4X / TS2 durability ratings.
