Built in Next-Generation Video Analytics classifies people and vehicles and supports practical rules like objects in area, loitering, line crossing/beam crossing, direction violations, and tamper detection, helping reduce nuisance alarms while improving response speed. For safety use-cases, radiometric variants measure surface temperature (with a stated thermal dynamic range of -40°C to 225°C) and can alarm on threshold breaches or abnormal temperature changes over time—useful for hotspot or overheating equipment monitoring.
