The Avigilon L6A is a 3MP-class, dual-lens enterprise LPR camera designed to capture both high-confidence plate reads and colour context video in one device, using two 1/2.9″ global-shutter sensors (monochrome for LPR, colour for scene awareness) with video streaming up to 1440×1080 at 50/60 fps. It features a motorized 5–125 mm lens with remote zoom/focus, autofocus, P-iris and IR-cut, plus integrated IR with 730 nm or 850 nm options for 0-lux capture and an IR illumination distance up to 100 m (330 ft). For operations, it’s designed to work with Avigilon’s LPR software ecosystem to turn reads into action—supporting vehicle metadata such as plate characters, state/region, make, model, colour and GPS coordinates—while still integrating cleanly into enterprise networks via GigE, ONVIF Profiles S and M, PoE+ (802.3at Class 4, up to 25 W), microSD storage, and alarm I/O.
