AXIS Q38 Series Overview

The AXIS Q3839-PVE and Q3839-SPVE capture 180° horizontal and 90° vertical at 29MP from a single IP address, presenting four sensors as one device. Dual ARTPEC-8 processors with a dedicated Deep Learning Processing Unit run AXIS Object Analytics on the edge, detecting, classifying, tracking and counting people and vehicle types across the full panoramic view. At the same time, AXIS Scene Metadata captures faces, licence plates and object attributes. Forensic WDR and Lightfinder 2.0 preserve detail in low light and high contrast, and Axis Edge Vault secures the device with signed video, a signed OS, and encrypted storage. The Q3839-PVE is IP66/IP67/IK10 rated for outdoor sites. The Q3839-SPVE adds electropolished SS 316L stainless steel and IP68 for marine, chemical and food processing environments.
