Replace Physical Cards with Secure, Scalable Mobile Credentials

HID Mobile Access is a cloud-based mobile credentialing solution powered by Seos technology that enables employees, contractors, and visitors to use their smartphone, tablet, or wearable as a secure digital key for doors, gates, and elevators. Mobile IDs are stored securely in the HID Mobile Access app (iOS and Android), are unique to each device, and cannot be copied or transferred — making them significantly more secure than traditional cards. Authentication uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) on both platforms via Tap and Twist & Go gestures, with NFC additionally supported on Android for the fastest opening time. All credential management is handled through the cloud-hosted HID Origo Management Portal, where administrators can issue, revoke, and update credentials remotely, configure policies to block usage on compromised devices, and assign up to five devices per user. Compatible with all HID Signo and HID iCLASS SE Mobile-Ready readers, many existing deployments can be upgraded without replacing hardware — available in Essentials and Enterprise subscription tiers with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet support included.
