EDGE EVO Solo ESHRP40-K Single-Door Access Control Reader

EDGE EVO Solo provides the ability to power all devices around a door using Power over Ethernet (PoE), significantly reducing door installation costs. Because the user interfaces to the controller utilises a standard web browser, there’s no need to install software on a PC.

Key Features

Cost-Effective – Uses PoE to power reader & door strike. Eliminates the need for separate power supplies for many situations.
Remote Management – Managed over the network through a standard web browser. No software necessary.
Includes multiCLASS Reader – The integrated reader/controller reads iCLASS & HID Prox cards & opens the door; a secure side mounted door interface module places door contact in a secure area.
Scalable – Can be remotely reconfigured through the web browser from stand-alone operation to a system controller in a host environment of multiple controllers.

HID Edge EVO EHR40-K Controller/Reader & Module

Enabling cost effective installation and high performance access control functionality, the EDGE EVO EHR40-K Controller/Reader and Interface Module package is a single-door access control panel with reader and separate discrete door interface. The controller/reader is installed at the door and the Hi-O Interface Module is mounted separately in a secure location.

Key Features

The controller/reader and module are connected using the secure Hi-O bus and the Hi-O module provides interface to four discrete inputs and two outputs.
An additional Hi-O iCLASS® reader can be attached to the EHR40-K controller/reader’s Hi-O bus for in/out reading.
The EHR40-K will accept either a second Hi-O iCLASS reader using the Hi-O bus or a Wiegand /Clock-and-Data reader through the use of a Wiegand Hi-O interface module.

EDGE EVO Solo ESHR40-K IP Controller/Reader & Module

HID Global’s EDGE EVO® Solo ESHR40-K Controller/Reader and Module is a cost-effective, stand-alone, IP-enabled access control solution that is designed for sites with one or two doors in an indoor environment. Distributing intelligence right to the door, the single-door solution provides the ability to power all devices around a door using Power over Ethernet (PoE), significantly reducing total door installation costs by eliminating the need to install a separate power supply. It also utilizes less expensive CAT5 wiring compared to traditional structured cable.

Includes iCLASS reader for interoperability with iCLASS credential technology.
Expandable to 16 inputs and 6 outputs.

Wet or dry door relays, including 12 or 24 VDC wet relay lock support.

HID EDGE EVO Solo ESH400-K Networked Controller is a cost-effective, stand-alone, IP-enabled access control solution that is designed for sites with one or two doors utilizing traditional door hardware in an outdoor environment. Distributing intelligence right to the door, the solution provides the ability to power all devices around a door using Power over Ethernet (PoE), significantly reducing total door installation costs by eliminating the need to install a separate power supply. It also utilizes less expensive CAT5 wiring compared to traditional structured cable.

Tamper resistant with IP termination located in a secured area for customers not using managed switches or organizations concerned with physically accessible IP cables
Expandable to support 16 inputs and 6 outputs and a second Wiegand/Clock-and-Data reader
Manages up to 1000 cardholders/credentials
Manages 8 schedules and 3 intervals each day
